The journey is organised into 12 levels. Each level has its own requirements, and access to classes and Telegram groups unlocks progressively as you move up:

- Save your CDS account number and client code - both are in the confirmation email from M+. Your client code (example format: ABC123X) will be requested every time you contact support.
- Log in to the M+ Global app and change your temporary password - the first password is sent by email and must be changed on first login.
- Log in at mahersaham.com with the same email - make sure the email you use for the MaherSaham app matches the email used for your CDS account registration so the system can match your records.
- Verify your Telegram ID at @mahersaham_support_bot - press /start and follow the instructions. This is the key to all groups and classes.

Levels 1-2: Register for the MaherSaham App and CDS Account
If you are just starting out, the first two steps are to register a free account at mahersaham.com (choose Signup Free Account) and then open a CDS account through our official form. The CDS (Central Depository System) account is maintained by Bursa Malaysia Depository and is mandatory before you can buy shares.

Levels 3-5: Identity Verification (KYC) and Account Linking
After your CDS account is approved, you need to verify your identity in the MaherSaham app. The process is simple: submit the requested photos through mahersaham.com/kyc. This verification unlocks the platform''s premium features.
The system will then process the linking request between your CDS account and the MaherSaham app. A "pending" status is normal - please wait for approval. If your request is rejected, it is usually because the information does not match or the photos are unclear. Reapply, making sure your details match your identity card and your photos are taken in good lighting.
Level 6: Verify Your Telegram ID at the Support Bot (The Most Important Step!)
This is the level most clients miss, and the main reason so many say "I have registered but I have not been added to the Telegram group". Our system needs to know your Telegram ID first before it can add you to any group or class.
Here is how:
- Open Telegram and find the official bot @mahersaham_support_bot
- Press the Start button or type
/start - Follow the bot''s instructions to confirm you are a Mahersaham client - for M+ Global users, choose
/mplusglobal - Done! Your Telegram ID is now connected to your account
Only after this verification can the system check your eligibility and unlock group access automatically. Without this level, levels 7 through 12 are all blocked.

- Using a different Telegram account - you verified with one Telegram account but try to join groups with another (for example, personal number vs work number). The system only recognises the verified account.
- Pressing /start but not completing the verification - the bot will ask a few details to match you with our client records. If you stop halfway, the verification is incomplete.
- Changing your Telegram phone number after verifying - if you switch Telegram accounts, repeat the /start process so your new ID is recorded.
Levels 7-8: BabyShark Webinar and BabyShark Telegram Group
The BabyShark Webinar is the introductory class for new investors. It is free for clients and teaches platform basics and how to start investing the right way. Register through the link shown on your Client Journey page, and the recording will be provided after you register.
Here is the part many people miss: to join the BabyShark Telegram Group (the study group for new investors), you need to watch the webinar all the way to the end. The steps to join the group are shared inside the webinar itself. After that, you can also type /babyshark at @mahersaham_support_bot to check your access.
So if you are wondering why you have not been added to the group yet, check these two things first: has your Telegram ID been verified (Level 6), and have you watched the BabyShark webinar to the end (Level 7).
What does the BabyShark class teach? How Long Does Each Level Take?
