After opening a CDS account and starting your investment journey with Mahersaham, you'll progress through the Client Journey — a structured level system that guides you step by step. Each step you complete unlocks access to groups, tools, and increasingly exclusive communities.

This article explains every step in the Mahersaham Client Journey and how to check your progress.

What Is the Mahersaham Client Journey?

The Client Journey is a progression system in the Mahersaham app that tracks your development as an investor. Each time you complete a step, your status updates automatically and you can proceed to the next one.

Steps 1–5: Account Setup & Verification

The early phase ensures your account is properly registered and linked to the Mahersaham system:

Step 1: Register CDS Account

Open a CDS account through akauncds.com with invitation code DADY. Your CDS account will be registered under Mahersaham's guidance as your remisier.

Step 2: Register Mahersaham App

Create your account at app.mahersaham.com. Here you can track your Client Journey, access screeners, and use various investment tools.

Step 3: Verify Identity

Upload your identity verification photo in the Mahersaham app. This step ensures your account is verified and secure.

After verifying your identity, you need to make a Request to Link in the app. This process connects your CDS account to the Mahersaham platform. Step 4 means your request is no longer pending, and Step 5 means it wasn't rejected — both need to be completed before you can proceed.

Steps 6–8: Learning & First Trade

After your account is successfully linked, you enter the learning and initial trading phase:

Step 6: Join BabyShark Webinar

Register and attend the BabyShark Webinar — a free class held periodically. This webinar teaches stock investment fundamentals and the strategies used within the Mahersaham community. The recording will be sent to your email one day after the class.

Step 7: Join BabyShark Telegram Study Group

After attending the webinar, you can join the BabyShark Telegram Study Group. Here's how:

  1. Go to @mahersaham_support_bot
  2. Type /babyshark manually
  3. The bot will provide a link to join the group
Important: You need to type /babyshark yourself (don't click a button). If you encounter issues, contact t.me/mahersahamplatform.

Step 8: Complete Your First Transaction

Make at least one transaction (buy or sell). This is a crucial step — you begin applying the knowledge learned from the webinar. After the transaction, your journey will auto-update (may take up to 24 hours).

Steps 9–11: Exclusive Communities

The final phase brings you into increasingly active and exclusive investor communities:

Step 9: Join BrotherShark Telegram Group

BrotherShark is the client support group v2 — this is the main group for Mahersaham clients. Here you'll get access to daily discussions, stock analysis, and support from the Mahersaham investor community.

Step 10: DaddyShark Access

After accumulating enough cumulative transactions, you'll unlock access to DaddyShark — a community of active investors with deeper analysis, advanced strategies, and access to exclusive class recordings.

Step 11: GrandpaShark Access

GrandpaShark is the highest tier in the Mahersaham Client Journey. This is the most exclusive community for consistent, experienced investors. Access is unlocked after accumulating enough cumulative transactions.

Client Journey Troubleshooting

Here are common issues and how to resolve them:

1. Client Journey Loading / Won't Open

  • Make sure you're logged in at app.mahersaham.com
  • Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser
  • If the issue persists, contact CS at t.me/mahersahamplatform

2. Level Not Updating After Transaction

  • Levels typically update within 24 hours after a transaction
  • Ensure the transaction was made through the CDS account registered with Mahersaham
  • If it hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact CS with your client code

3. Can't Join BabyShark Group

  • This usually happens if information doesn't match or there's a verification issue
  • Contact t.me/mahersahamplatform with your client code for the team to help resolve it

5. Identity Verification Failed

  • Make sure the uploaded photo is clear and not blurry
  • Use good lighting and ensure your full face is visible
  • If it still fails, contact CS for manual assistance
