How to Check CCRIS Online

Loading...

CCRIS, or its full name Central Credit Reference Information System, is a credit information record used to determine a person''s financial standing.
For example, if monthly commitment payments such as car instalments, credit cards, and PTPTN have no arrears and are paid on time, then the CCRIS report will show a good credit score. The same applies in reverse.
This report is regulated and generated by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM).
Typically, when a person wants to apply for a loan from a bank, the bank will refer to this CCRIS report to assess the borrower''s financial level and performance.
Previously, to obtain a CCRIS report, you had to visit a Bank Negara kiosk. Then the CCRIS report would be generated.
But today, there is an easier and faster way — taking less than 10 minutes — to generate your CCRIS report online.
Before learning how to check CCRIS online, please note that the online CCRIS application will incur a charge of RM19.50.
