Trading PIN gets blocked when you enter the wrong PIN too many times. This is a security measure to protect your account.
Step 1: Go to Telegram Bot
Open @mahersaham_support_bot on Telegram.
Step 2: Select Request > Reset Password
In the bot menu, select Request, then Reset Password.
Step 3: Provide Client Code
State your Client Code so CS can verify your identity.
