Nowadays, there are many mobile applications that have been introduced to make it easier for users to access and carry out their daily lives in a digital manner.

This application is an online investment platform that allows Malaysian users to invest in international US stocks with lower and more affordable brokerage charges.

Step 1: Download the app from Play Store or Apple Store.
Step 2: Select your identity card type — either MyKad, MyPolis, or MyTentera.
Step 3: If you choose MyKad, upload the front and back of your identity card.

Step 4: Review your personal details and confirm.
Step 5: Select ''Yes'' or ''No'' if you still reside at the same address as on your identity card. If ''No'', enter your current residential address.

Step 6: Read the Data Act declaration and click ''Agree''.
Step 7: Enter your phone number and the verification code sent to you.

Step 8: Enter your email address and confirm your password.
Step 9: If you wish to use Face ID each time you log in to the platform, click ''Yes''. Otherwise, click ''No''.

Step 10: If you would like to receive the latest information and updates from MIDF, click ''Allow Notification''.
Step 11: Then click on Investment Question to begin registering your MIDF account, and click ''Begin''.

Step 12: Fill in your employment status and employer''s name.
Step 13: Select your source of income.

Step 14: Select the net value of your assets.
Step 15: If you are married, you may enter the name of your child or spouse. If unmarried, enter the name of a close family member such as a sibling or parent.

Step 16: Complete the number of dependants.
Step 17: Select your residency status.
Step 18: Tick any applicable information regarding borrowing/financing (if any).

Step 19: If you agree to open a MIDF Islamic account, click ''Yes''.
Step 20: Confirm the Declaration Terms & Conditions. Done!
Your account is now being processed. The processing period will take approximately one week.
