Today I brought an intern along, saying we needed to drop off some things at the apartment first. Sometimes I do make odd decisions and offer peculiar deals. What is so peculiar about it? Offering an internship and even providing accommodation throughout the internship period.

It has been a while since I dealt with new people in Mahersaham. Perhaps this step will open new chapters. Once upon a time, Mahersaham had an intern who eventually rose through the ranks to become a Mahersaham trainer... before each of us went our separate ways.

The story began when an intern expressed interest in joining Mahersaham for an internship. After reviewing the resume and conducting an interview, I agreed to take them on. Then the intern introduced two more friends, I interviewed them, they seemed suitable, so I offered them positions as well. Since there was more than one person, it made sense to put them all in one place.

It so happened that I had a property which I had entrusted to a property manager to handle. However, for months there had been issues with payments. It also coincided with the intern training period, so rather than leaving it empty, it was better to put it to use.

We have not produced videos in a long time because it is quite tiring to create them. If there are interns whose field is in Multimedia, for example, they are welcome to join as well.

Make sure you do your research on the property manager''s background, check reviews from previous tenants, and do not easily trust promises that sound too good to be true. Always get a clear written agreement before making any payment.
